Give your customers a one-click support app with your own logo and colours. Ring every technician until someone answers, share screens, transfer files, run scripts, and reach machines unattended — all under your name, never ours.
Five seats for R500 a month, everything included. Opening in South Africa first — get in touch to join the next intake.Built for IT companies and managed service providers.
Your customer clicks Request Support in the branded app. Every signed-in technician is rung until one accepts. The customer approves the connection and you are in.
Install the background agent once, with the customer's permission, and connect to their machines any time — even at the lock screen — without anyone at the keyboard.
Several technicians can join one session at once. Chat with the customer before, during and after. Hand a job over without dropping the connection.
Every session becomes a job record on its own. Log calls, assign them, track what is open and what is waiting, and keep a history per customer — without paying for a second product to do it.
Client records, contact details and a live inventory of every machine you look after — processor, memory, disk, operating system — collected by the agent rather than typed in by somebody.
Each machine runs its own maintenance and reports back once a month. Turn up to a client with a report instead of waiting for them to phone you when it breaks.
Everything above is included. No per-session fees, no charge per machine you look after.

These terms are an agreement between The Remote Support Program (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/737434/07, "we", "us") and the company signing up ("you"). The person who ticks the box at signup confirms that they may bind that company to these terms.
The Remote Support Program is software you use to support your own customers: remote control of their computers, file transfer, scripts, a monthly health check, tickets, chat and the other features described on our website. It is provided as a hosted service under your own company's name and branding.
You decide which of your customers' computers it is installed on, who in your company may use it, and what is done with it. We provide the tool; you provide the support.
Remote support changes computers. Scripts, file transfers, installations, restarts and the work your technicians do can change, damage or delete data on your customers' machines. You and your customers are responsible for keeping backups of everything that matters before work is done.
We are not responsible for any loss of, damage to, or corruption of data on any computer, whether caused by the use of the service, by a technician's action, by a script, by a fault in the software, by a failure of a computer or network, or by anything else, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded.
We back up our own servers every night and take reasonable care of the information stored on them (your tickets, clients, settings and records). We do not promise that it can never be lost, and you should keep your own copies of anything you cannot do without — for example by exporting your client list.
This agreement follows the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
We protect the service with encryption on every connection, two-factor sign-in for every login, and the other measures described in our security documentation. No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your data we will tell you without undue delay, and do what the law requires of us.
We work to keep the service running at all times but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of faults. We may carry out maintenance, and will try to do it outside working hours. We may improve and change the service; if a change takes away something important you rely on, we will tell you in advance.
Except where the law says otherwise, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty that it is fit for a particular purpose, will meet your needs, or will be uninterrupted or error-free.
You will compensate us for claims made against us by your customers or anyone else that arise from how you used the service, from a breach of these terms, or from using it without the permission described in section 3.
We may change these terms. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change that matters takes effect, and you may end the agreement before then if you do not accept it. The version you accepted is kept on your account.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa. You and we agree to the jurisdiction of the Western Cape Division of the High Court, Cape Town, or a magistrate's court with jurisdiction over the claim.
